Very professional! Remodeled kitchen, 2 bathrooms, flooring on 2 floors, painted inside house, replaced decks, and tile on patio, and pavers around the pool in just 3 weeks!! It all looked beautiful. I would definitely recommend him and his crew.

Our experience with this company was phenomenal. We were given an estimate on the day that we called. I’ve never had a contractor finish the job on time, yet this company was able to do so, and we were able to get into our house in record time. Maicon had his crew in our house to remodel on a Saturday after we closed on Friday. They finished the entire project quickly and efficiently, then cleaned up all of their construction debris on the final day…. The house was clean and looked fantastic. Since we were out of state, and unable to be there during renovation, Maicon sent photos and videos every day at the progress, and was responsive immediately to any questions that we had. I would recommend this company with five stars to anyone who is interested in renovating their home. We still have many more projects that we plan to hire Maicon to complete.

MBN replaced an exterior door and flooring for us and were professional, punctual, and easy to schedule! We highly recommend their services and will be using again for other projects!

Maicon and his crew remodeled my 2 bathrooms beautifully. They also removed my popcorn ceiling and installed shiplap and plaster ceilings. Maicon also made my condo more updated by replacing the circa 1990s mouldings with a gorgeous shaker style. He also installed LVP floors to update the old tile floors. Maicon and his team were always on time and communicative. I highly recommend.

Mike and his team were great! He remodeled a bathroom on a rental I have and I couldn’t be happier. I did everything over the phone with him since I live a few states away and he made things very easy.

Very pleased with the work. It was excellent. Mike was good about texting back when I had questions and very helpful with coordinating tiles and giving advice in what would look best for the walk in shower. The workers were polite, prompt, trustworthy and did outstanding work. Really pleased with worker and his daughter who did most of the work with doing plumbing, waterproofing and the tile work. They were there daily to finish and they did excellent work. I would certainly use this company again and highly recommend Mike Silva who made this process easy.

Can't say enough about Mbn Flooring & Custom Renovations except I wish he was in Wisconsin so I could use him here. Miacon performed magic in our condo in Florida that sustained flood damage from a sprinkler system going off and since I used Mbn on a flooring job last year I called him with one text HELP - he went over to our condo immediately and accessed the damage and what he needed to do and started right away. I have never worked with a contractor that was so fast at responding and so willing to help me anyway he could - and he did! Not being able to be down to see the damage myself I trusted Mbn would take care of me and am grateful I had a contractor that I could rely on. Everything he has done for me has turned out beautifully. I wouldn't hesitate to use Mbn again or recommend them to anyone.

Our new house flooded after a botched Home Depot washer install and they were able to come over the next day to remove all of the wet flooring. They worked extremely quickly and made a very stressful situation better! When our insurance finally paid out they scheduled us for the install that same week. I can’t say enough good things about their responsiveness and flexibility. They installed 800 sq ft of flooring in a day and it looks incredible.* Even after almost a year they were very responsive when I requested an invoice. My insurance company was demanding proof that the work was completed and MBN responded to my request immediately—I had an invoice sent to me in minutes. I will absolutely be using them for future projects.

This business was ready to work, no wait time for me. The guys were on time, hard workers, did an excellent, professional job and cleaned up afterwards! Very happy!
